At last the weather has turned warmer and we can feel the Beltane energy stirring - such fun to prepare for this happy, lusty and carefree Sabbat! After the long, cold period of Winter, we join with all the plants and animals of our planet in an exuberant, primal, outward expression of joy. Beltane is a time for laughter, feasting, celebration and dance. Especially dancing - whether it be around a May Pole, Morris, country or folk dancing, get on your dancing shoes and celebrate this happy, fun-filled Sabbat. There are lots of May Day festivities held across the country, so don't forget to support your local Jack in the Green celebration if you can.
